Downtown Leadership Club Shoutouts

Rockford Public Schools employees from the Administration Building, Transportation and Operations Support Center meet regularly at Downtown Leadership Club meetings. During each meeting employees recognize or "shoutout” their colleagues for living one or more of our organizational values: character, collaboration, communication and continuous improvement. While our meetings are on pause, staff are still recognizing their peers for living the values.
