Submit a FOIA Request
All requests for inspection and copying shall be emailed to the District Freedom of Information Officer at FOIA@rps205.com, faxed to the District Freedom of Information Officer at 815-966-3779 or mailed/delivered to the District Freedom of Information Officer at Legal Department, 501 7th Street, Rockford, IL 61104.

Public Information
Required notification: State law requires schools to notify parents/guardians that information about sex offenders and violent offenders against youth is available to the public on the Illinois State Police's website. The Illinois State Police website contains the following: Illinois Sex Offender Registry, Illinois Murderer and Violent Offender Against Youth Registry, Frequently Asked Questions Concerning Sex Offenders.
