Steps to Enroll
Step 1
Visit the Welcome Center for K-12 grade.
Mon-Tues, Thurs-Fri
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Wed
8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Students entering grades 6-12 may also enroll at their zone middle or high school.
Step 2
Bring all of the required documents.
Forms will be given during your visit.

Step 3
Bring the child if a language other than English is spoken in the home for the state-required language assessment.
Step 4
An enrollment specialist will confirm your child's school assignment during your visit.
Required Documents
- Certified birth certificate (original – not photocopy)
- Parent/guardian photo ID
- Two acceptable proofs of residency. PDFs available in English, Spanish & Arabic
- Bring the child if a language other than English is spoken in the home for the state-required language assessment.
- If your student has an IEP for students receiving special education services, complete this Consent for release of information SpEd form.
