RPS / NIU Principal Residency Graduates
The RPS/NIU Principal Residency program is a tuition free, highly selective, two-year residency designed to prepare aspiring school leaders with the adaptive, technical and managerial skills to lead a school as a Principal. Teachers must have 5-15 years classroom experience to apply.

Our program is a unique Job-Embedded Model in which you will earn a M.S. Ed in Educational Administration at no tuition cost to you while earning $75K/yr for serving as a Dean Intern.
