Barbour’s middle school science teacher, Maestro Jimenez, organized a science fair for students in grades 6–8. Working collaboratively in groups, students demonstrated their understanding of environmental science by creating projects and writing detailed reports in both English and Spanish. The science fair was open for all K–8 students and staff to attend, providing an opportunity to view presentations, ask questions, and celebrate student learning.
