St. Patrick's Day

On Friday, March 13, Barbour students in grades K–2 celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with a special guest appearance from local Irish folk musician Dick Gorman! Students were fully engaged—clapping, singing along, and enjoying the lively performance.

Barbour St. Patrick's Day

At Barbour, we take pride in celebrating culture and creating meaningful experiences for our students. Exposing our young learners to Irish music was a wonderful way to honor the holiday while broadening their appreciation for traditions from around the world. What a joyful and memorable day for our school community!

As a school counselor at Barbour and a proud parent of RPS 205 students, I’m incredibly inspired by the dedication, growth, and success happening in our schools every day. The work being done by our students, staff, and families truly deserves to be seen, celebrated, and shared. It’s an honor to be part of a community that is so committed to supporting and uplifting every learner. Let’s continue to highlight these achievements and take pride in all that we’re building together!
