West Families,
We will be state testing Monday, March 16 and continue through Friday, March 20. Testing will begin at the start of the school day each morning, so it is important that classrooms are prepared and students are ready to begin promptly.
To ensure a smooth and successful testing week, please remind students that they are expected to meet the following minimum requirements:
Arrive on time each day for testing
Bring their Chromebook each day
Ensure their Chromebook is fully charged
Give their best effort on each test
Actively test for the majority of the testing time
To encourage strong participation and effort, students will have opportunities to receive incentives each day next week. Incentives will be provided to students who are in attendance and come prepared to successfully complete their testing for the day.
Your support in reinforcing these expectations with students will help us maintain a focused and organized testing environment.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping ensure a successful testing week for our students.
